We will not rent, sell or exchange your email address. We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us and will only use it to better serve your needs and to make your shopping experience more complete.

Our web-site is 100% safe, guaranteed. When you use your credit card to shop at ShadeAde, rest assured that the transaction is completely safe. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with all of the major web browsers. This technology safeguards your personal information and ensures your complete privacy. In fact, shopping online at ShadeAde is safer than using your credit card at a restaurant or department store.

NO RISK RETURN POLICY

Returning New Non-customized Items

We truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and, to make it easy, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the non-customized item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 7 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. If we sent you a defective item or the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs.

Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured U.S. Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit (We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company). All refunds will be for merchandise only - we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Items returned without an invoice or copy of an invoice may take longer to process.

There are no returns allowed on customized items, except for defective ones.

Returning defective Items

Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality and performance. It is our experience that through proper care and normal use almost all defects will be evident in the first 7 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item for 7 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund.

Our goal is to honestly evaluate every return and make a reasonable decision on every claim. We have designed our returns process to support a reasonable cost of doing business and avoid needless waste. Thank you.

Exchanges if you receive the wrong item

Please contact a customer service representative at (insert phone #), so that they can fix the error and get the correct item shipped out to you. We ship all exchange orders back to you with FREE Ground Shipping in appreciation of your business and patience with us.

Exchanges of orders, but you don't want to be stuck without any gear while waiting for the replacement item

In order to make sure you are not left without any gear, you can place a new order for the replacement item by calling (insert #). We will charge you for the order but will ship it via our ground service for free or via the carrier of your choice at an additional charge. When we receive the original Exchange order, the charge for the original item will be credited back to your credit card. This option will ensure the fastest turnaround for the replacement item.

Processing time for Returns/Exchanges

Returns are usually processed within 1-5 business days after they arrive at our location.

BACKORDER POLICY

An order for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a "backorder." Currently, we are not accepting backorders but encourage you to choose a different product or check back with us soon to get your first choice. Please contact us if it is not clear when your first choice will become available.

DELIVERY POLICIES

All orders from ShadeAde are processed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. Expect 1-3 days to prepare a customized order, although we will do our best to deliver custom products as fast as possible. Regular ground shipping usually takes 2-3 business days but can take up to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental U.S.).

SHIPPING RATES

We always seek the lowest rates for you to keep shipping and handling charges as low as possible.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY

You can upgrade to Express Overnight Shipping for an extra charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICY

ShadeAde does not accept international (non-U.S. and its territories) orders at this time. Please check back later as we intend to serve more countries soon.

Reviews and Comments

Any information that you submit to ShadeAde (including ideas, reviews, comments and suggestions) will automatically become the sole and exclusive property of ShadeAde and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. ShadeAde will have the royalty-free, irrevocable and transferable right to use this information at ShadeAde’s sole discretion.

When providing customer ratings and reviews, you are representing that you are the sole author and owner of the content being posted, rights that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you, all content that you post is accurate, you are at least 13 years old, use of the content you supply does not violate any terms described herein and that the information you provide will not cause injury to any person or entity.

The parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in San Diego County, CA, agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any dispute between the parties shall be the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
